心脏超声左心室造影对冠心病介入治疗前后左心室功能变化的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的评价冠心病患者介入治疗前后接受心脏超声左心室造影对于左心室功能的变化。方法收治的冠心病患者260例,其中42例冠心病患者分别于PCI术前后接受心脏超声和左心室造影操作,以75例正常人为对照,比较各组间的右心室舒张末期容积(EDV)、收缩末期容积(ESV)、每搏输出量(SV)、射血分数(EF)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室舒张末压(LVEDP)、室腔硬度常数(K值)和等容舒张期压力下降时间常数(T值)的指标变化。结果冠心病患者与对照组的各项心功能指标相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);PCI术后各项心功能指标均有显著改善,与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但K值和T值与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论作为临床常规检查手段的心脏超声和左心室造影,能够敏感有效地反映出左心室的收缩舒张功能,而且可以定量显示出多项左心室功能指标的变化,可用于评价PCI对于心功能的影响技术手段。 Objective To investigate the effects of hyper-cardiography and left ventriculography on left ventricular function of patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) before and after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods A total of 260 patients with coronary heart disease were enrolled in the study,in whom, 42 patients underwent hyper-cardiography and left ventriculography before and after PCI,moreover,the other 75 healthy subjects were enrolled as control group. The changes of EDV,ESV,SV,LVEF,LVEDP,K value and T value were observed and compared between the two groups.Results There were significant differences in the cardiac function indexes mentioned above between CHD group and control group(P<0.05).After PCI these indexes were significantly improved,and there were no significant differences between CHD group and control group(P>0.05),however, there were significant differences in K value and T value between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Hyper-cardiography and left ventriculography,as clinical routine examination means,can effectively reflect the systolic and diastolic function of the left ventricle in patients with CHD,moreover,which can quantitatively show the changes of multiple left ventricular function indexes,which can be used to evaluate the effects of PCI on cardiac function of patients.
