艾灸疗法在氯吡格雷抵抗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者治疗中的应用及对血小板聚集的影响

Application of moxibustion therapy in treatment of clopidogrel-resistant coronary atherosclerotic heart disease and its effects on platelet aggregation

目的探讨艾灸疗法在氯吡格雷抵抗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者治疗中的应用效果及对血小板聚集的影响。方法收集2017年6月至2018年6月收治的氯吡格雷抵抗冠心病患者60例,按照随机数字表法分为艾灸组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予常规治疗,艾灸组在常规治疗基础上给予艾灸治疗,观察2组临床疗效和血小板聚集变化。结果 2组患者三酰甘油(TG)、胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、血小板分布宽度(PDW)、血小板平均体积(MPV)、血小板最大聚集率(PAGM)均较治疗前明显改善,且艾灸组改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。艾灸组不良心血管事件发生率为6.67%低于对照组的16.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对氯吡格雷抵抗冠心病患者就艾灸疗法治疗是可行的,能够改善患者血脂和血小板聚集功能,降低不良心血管事件发生,安全性高,值得应用推广。

Objective To investigate the effects of moxibustion therapy in treatment of clopidogrel-resistant coronary atherosclerotic heart disease and its effects on platelet aggregation of patients.Methods Sixty patients with clopidogrel-resistant coronary heart disease who were treated in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were enrolled in the study,who were divided into moxibustion group(n=30) and control group(n=30) according to random number table.The patients in control group received routine treatment,however,the patients in moxibustion group,on the basis of control group,were treated by moxibustion.The clinical curative effects and platelet aggregation changes were observed and compared between the two groups.Results the levels of TG, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C, PDW, MPV, and PAGM in both groups were significantly improved,as compared with those before treatment, moreover,the improvement degree in moxibustion group was more significant than that in control group(P<0.05).Moreover the incidence rate of adverse cardiovascular events in moxibustion group was 6.67%, which was significantly lower than that(16.67%) in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion It is feasible to treat clopidogrel-resistant coronary atherosclerotic heart disease by moxibustion therapy,which can improve the blood lipid and platelet aggregation function of patients, reduce the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events, with good safety.Therefor,it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
