摘要
外泌体(exosomes)作为一种生物标记物,在肿瘤诊断和治疗过程中发挥重要作用。外泌体能将RNA转运到特定的靶细胞中,在肿瘤微环境的形成、肿瘤的侵袭与转移、肿瘤细胞免疫、肿瘤乏氧环境、肿瘤血管生成、肿瘤干细胞等方面均发挥重要的作用。本文将对外泌体的来源、生物学特征,以及其在肿瘤发生中的作用展开综述。
The exosome,as a biomarker, plays an important role in diagnosis and treatment of tumors.The exosomes can transport RNA into specific target cells and play a key role in the aspects of formation of tumor microenvironment,invasion and metastasis of tumors,tumor cell immunity,tumor hypoxic environment,tumor angiogenesis and cancer stem cells.This article will review the origin,biological characteristics of exosomes,as well as their effects in tumorigenesis.
