摘要
从网络构成、硬件和软件三方面介绍了CAN总线通讯技术在斯特林发动机中的应用。通过RS232网络与CAN网络组合,设计了带有CAN通讯功能的功能控制单元以及具有RS232和CAN通讯数据交换功能的通讯转换模块,并对其硬件设计和软件流程进行了说明。实际应用表明:该控制系统有效提升了斯特林发动机运行的可靠性和安全性。
The application of CAN Bus Communication technology on Stirling engine are introduced from the three aspects of network construction, hardware and software. By the combination of RS232 and CAN network , a control unit with the CAN communication function and a communication transformation module which can realize RS232 and CAN data exchanging have bcen designed, and the hardware and software are introduced. The application results show that this control system could effectively improve the reliability and safety of Stirling engines.
