Technical Development and Industry Application of New-type Pressure Filter

压力过滤机是一种集过滤、洗涤、干燥和卸料于一体的连续式多功能机组,用作间苯二甲酸(PIA)、精对苯二甲酸(PTA)、粗对苯二甲酸及芳香酸等化工产品生产领域的后处理过滤分离设备,为国外某厂商独家供应。研发出了集过滤、洗涤、干燥于一体的国产新型压力过滤机,对新型压力过滤机的结构、工作原理、工艺流程、设备设计、过滤过程的计算流程、模型假设、模型推导和过滤计算模型等研究内容作了介绍,对新型压力过滤机在燕山石化分公司PIA装置和上海石化分公司PTA装置中的工业应用做了评价,该技术已推广到其他领域使用,前景广阔。

Pressure filter, which is a continuous multi-function unit with filtration, washing, drying and discharging functions together, used to be only supplied by a foreign company. The pressure filter can be used as the filtration equipment in the chemical industrial for purified isophthatic acid(PIA),purified terephthatic acid(PTA), crude terephthatic acid, aromatic acid etc. The new-style domestic pressure filter with filtration, washing, drying functions was developed and the filter structure, operational principle, process, equipment design, calculation model were introduced. The new-style filter has been successfully used in the Yanshan petrochemical company PIA process units and Shanghai petrochemical company PTA process units.
