调质阻尼器在石化高耸结构风振控制中的首次应用 被引量:2

摘要 我国石化高耸钢制塔器的抗风振设计通常依据塔设备设计标准NB/T 47041—2014《塔式容器》7.6节风载荷计算。按照此标准计算风载荷,初期的固定投资大幅升高。目前比较好的抗风结构为增加螺旋扰流板,但是依然存在顺风向风弯矩增大的缺点。中海油惠州石化有限公司首次尝试在4.8 Mt/a催化裂化装置烟气脱硫洗涤塔主体结构外侧安装调质阻尼器,工业测试效果证明此举措有效降低了风振对主体结构的振动响应。其设计和投用前后应用效果可为国内石化行业钢制高耸结构控制风振提供新思路和有益参考。 Wind-induced vibration design of high-rise steel tower in China petrochemical corporation is normally performed based on tower equipment design standard NB/T 47041-2014 Tower Vessel, 7.6 wind-saving load calculation. According to this standard, the initial fixed investment increases greatly. The better wind-resistant structure currently is selected based on the increasing the spiral spoiler however with the disadvantage of bending moment rising along the wind direction.CNOOC Huizhou Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.firstly attempted to install tuned mass damper on the outside of the main structure of flue gas desulfurization scrubbing tower in 4.8 Mt/a catalytic cracking unit.The industrial test results,which show the effective reducing of the vibration impacts on the main structure due to wind vibration,provide new ideas and reference for wind vibration controlling of steel high-rise structures in domestic petrochemical industry.
