摘要
优化法兰密封面螺栓紧固方法可以降低石化企业的挥发性有机物排放。基于法兰连接结构的整体性分析了影响法兰密封的主要因素,基于法兰连接结构的受压与强度关系分析了影响法兰密封的关键因素。介绍了法兰固定的2种传统方法及其优缺点,结合对扭矩法和拉伸法的优化改进以及紧固辅助工具的使用详细阐述了法兰紧固的新方法——扭矩拉伸法,提出了根据设备法兰密封风险高低选择紧固方法的要点。以某石化厂反应器封头法兰泄漏处理为例,说明了扭矩拉伸紧固法的选用过程和实际应用效果。
The emission of volatile organic compounds in petrochemical factory can be reduced through the optimization of the bolting fastening method. Based on the integrality of flange connection structure, the relationship between compression and structure strength, the main and key factors affecting the flange sealing were discussed. Two traditional methods on flange bolting, their advantages and disadvantages were introduced. A new method, the torque tension method on flange bolting was elaborated in details by combining the optimization improvements on torqueing method and tensioning method with the application of bolting auxiliary tools. The key points of bolting method selection according to the equipment flange risk rating were proposed. One leakage treatment case of reactor top flange in a petrochemical plant was selected as an example to explain the selection procedure and practical performance result of the torque tension bolting method.
