不同品种桃叶片光合特性日变化的研究 被引量:8

摘要 为了研究不同引进桃品种在阿拉尔垦区光合特性的差异,采用美国产Li-6400光合测定仪,对不同品种桃叶片的光合指标进行测定,使用丙酮提取法对其叶绿素含量进行测定。桃品种叶绿素含量平均值为3.14 mg/g,以‘锦绣’最高,‘元春’最低。比叶重从大到小顺序为‘元春’‘春美’‘中农金辉’‘中桃2-24’‘中蟠11号’‘中蟠10号’‘锦绣’‘春蜜’‘中红’。引进不同桃品种的光合特性存在差异,9个桃品种的净光合速率均呈双峰型曲线;气孔导度日变化曲线为"双峰"型,‘元春’有1次峰值;胞间CO_2浓度从大到小顺序为‘中农金辉’‘中桃2-24’‘春美’‘中蟠10号’‘中蟠11号’‘中红’‘锦绣’‘元春’‘春蜜’;蒸腾速率均在12:00出现高峰值;水分利用率出现2次峰值,‘中蟠11号’无明显峰值,‘中农金辉’和‘春美’只出现1次峰值,‘中蟠10号’却有3次峰值。综上所述,引进桃品种能够适应阿拉尔垦区的生态环境,生长表现良好。 In order to study the difference of photosynthetic characteristics of different peach cultivars in Alar reclamation area,the photosynthetic indexes of different varieties of peach leaves were determined by American Li-6400 photosynthesis analyzer. The chlorophyll content was determined by acetone extraction method. Peach varieties of chlorophyll content of the average of 3.14 mg/g,with the highest waterfall,‘Yuan chun’ minimum. The order of specific leaf weight from big to small is ‘Yuanchun’‘Chunmei’‘Zhongnongjinhui’‘Zhongtao 2-24’‘Zhongpan 11’‘Zhongpan 10’‘Jinxiu’‘Chunmi’‘Zhonghong’.The diurnal variation curves of the nine peach cultivars showed a bimodal curve,and the diurnal variation curve of stomatal conductance was bimodal curve. There was a peak in ‘Yuanchun’,and the order of intercellular CO2 concentration from big to small is ‘Zhongnongjinhui’‘Zhongtao 2-24’‘Chunmei’‘Zhongpan 10’‘Zhongan 11’‘Zhonghong’‘Jinxiu’‘Yuanchun’‘Chunmi’. Transpiration rate showed a high peak at 12:00,water use rate appeared twice the peak,‘Zhongpan 11’ no obvious peak,‘Zhongnongjinhui’ and ‘Chunmei’ only a peak,‘Zhongpan 10’ has three peaks. In summary,the introduction of peach varieties to adapt to the ecological environment of the Alar reclamation area,the growth performance is good.
