摘要
文章讨论了如何优化机床隔振,针对目前机床隔振系统参数不可实时调整的问题,在机床隔振中引入磁敏技术,并对利用该技术如何在不同工况下调整刚度、阻尼参数更有利于隔振进行了详细的分析。与此同时,在ANSYS工作台中建立振动模型,对理论分析进行动力学分析验证。结果表明,通过这种磁敏技术实时调整机床隔振系统的刚度和阻尼值,能更多的耗散振动能量,有效的提高了隔振性能,达到精确的隔振效果。
This paper discusses how to optimize the vibration isolation of machine tools. Aiming at the problem that the parameters of the vibration isolation system of machine tools can not be adjusted in real time, magnetic sensing technology is introduced into the vibration isolation of machine tools,and how to adjust stiffness and damping parameters under different working conditions is analyzed in detail.At the same time, the vibration model is established in ANSYS workbench,and theoretical analysis is verified by dynamic analysis.The results show that by adjusting the stiffness and damping of the vibration isolation system in real time, the vibration energy can be dissipated more, the vibration isolation performance can be effectively improved, and the accurate vibration isolation effect can be achieved.
