摘要
介绍了离子液体催化剂体系、弱配位阴离子催化体系、茂金属催化剂体系。其中茂金属催化剂可合成产品α-双键含量≥95%、分子量分布≤2的高活性聚异丁烯,具有产品性能好、成本低、无污染和腐蚀等优点,工业化应用前景广阔。
In addition, ionic liquid catalyst systems, weakly coordinated anion catalyst systems, and metallocene catalyst systems are also introduced.Among them,the metallocene catalyst can synthesize high-activity polyisobutylene with α-double bond content≥ 95% at the end of the product chain and molecular weight distribution (MWD)≤2, which has the advantages of good product performance, low operating cost, no pollution and corrosion, and industrialization. The application prospect is the most extensive.
