摘要 分析了重油催化裂化装置循环油浆蒸汽发生器的各部位热变形、法兰泄漏和管道凝结堵塞问题,并结合实际工况找到设备出现问题的原因。攻克了因操作温差造成的设备损坏、工艺波动技术难题,避免设备频繁切除系统,消除循环油浆蒸汽发生器运行异常各种隐患。 This paper analyzed the problems inclusive of thermal deformation of each parts, flange leak and pipeline coagulation plugging of the circulating slurry steam generator of heavy oil catalytic cracking unit, and found out the cause for the problem existed from the equipment. The equipment damage caused by operation temperature difference and technical problem of process fluctuation were solved to avoid frequent removal of equipment system and eliminate all the hidden hazards such as abnormal operation of Circulating Slurry Steam Generator.
