摘要 阐述了合成气装置工艺水泵P-1103A/B运行中出现的问题及解体检查情况,采用低温镀铁技术修复连杆及采用碳化钨技术修复了该装置工艺水泵的结构部件。并分享该技术的工艺特点和工艺过程,对同类设备的修复具有借鉴意义。 This paper expounded the problems existed during operation of process water pump P-1103A/B in synthetic gas unit and the disassembly inspection status. The structural components of the process water pump in this was unit was repaired using low temperature iron plating and tungsten carbide spraying repair technology, The connecting rod was repaired using low temperature iron plating. The process characteristics and process was shared, which has reference significance for the repair of similar equipment.
