山东省旅游产业结构优化的部门贡献与动能分析

Departmental Contribution and Driving Forces Analysis of Tourism Industry Structure Optimization in Shandong Province

基于旅游产业结构合理化与高级化二维视角,采用指数分析、部门分解和线性回归等研究方法,对2007-2016年山东省旅游产业结构优化的部门贡献进行考察和分解,并进一步揭示推动旅游产业结构优化不同维度的主要动能及其作用机制。研究表明:山东省旅游产业结构合理化与高级化水平均呈现整体提升态势;旅游景区对旅游产业结构合理化水平提升的贡献度较大,而旅行社对高级化水平提升的贡献度较大;经济发展水平、技术创新分别是推动旅游产业结构合理化和高级化水平提升的第一动能。进而从推动经济发展、技术创新、旅游营销、人才培养及旅游投资等方面,有针对性地提出促进山东省旅游产业结构优化的基本路径与政策建议。

The advantages and disadvantages of the tourism industry structure are important symbols of the quality and level of tourism economic development,and their transformation and optimization are the essential requirements of tourism economic growth.This paper explored the rationalization and upgrading levels of tourism industry structure in Shandong Province from 2007 to 2016 by integrating index analysis,departmental decomposition and multiple linear regression.Then,it investigated the department contribution of star-rated hotels,travel agencies and tourist attractions,and further revealed the driving forces and mechanism of promoting the tourism industry structure optimization.Research results are showed as follows.1) The tourism industry structure rationalization and upgrading in Shandong Province have shown an overall improvement trend.2) Tourist attractions have the greatest contribution to the improvement of tourism industry structure rationalization,while travel agencies have contributed the most to the tourism industry structure upgrading.3) The level of economic development and technological innovation are the most important driving forces to promote the rationalization and upgrading of the tourism industry structure.Finally,the suggestions are proposed to promote the optimization of tourism industry structure in Shandong Province from the aspects of economic development,technological innovation,tourism marketing,talent training and tourism investment.
