子宫内膜异位症相关卵巢癌和卵巢子宫内膜异位症患者血清CA125和Smac水平比较 被引量:10

Comparison of Serum CA125 and Smac Levels in the Patients with Endometria-associated Ovarian Cancer and Ovarian Endometriosis

摘要 目的 比较分析子宫内膜异位症相关卵巢癌和卵巢子宫内膜异位症患者血清中糖类抗原125(CA125)和第二个线粒体衍生半胱天冬氨酸蛋白酶激活剂(Smac)水平。方法 入组35例子宫内膜异位症相关卵巢癌患者和46例卵巢子宫内膜异位症患者,采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测2组患者血清中CA125和Smac水平,并进行比较分析。结果 子宫内膜异位症相关卵巢癌患者血清中CA125和Smac水平分别为(432.07±156.39)ku·L^-1、(83.98±22.17)ng·L^-1,卵巢子宫内膜异位症患者分别为(52.53±19.61)ku·L^-1、(314.71±112.56)ng·L^-1,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 CA125水平升高和Smac水平降低与子宫内膜异位症的恶变关系密切,通过两者的测定可能有助于评估子宫内膜异位症的恶变风险。 Objective To compare serum carbohydrate antigen 125 (CA125) and second mitochondria-derived activator of caspase (Smac) levels in the patients with endometria-associated ovarian cancer and ovarian endometriosis. Methods Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect serum CA125 and Smac levels in the patients with endometria-associated ovarian cancer and ovarian endometriosis. Results The serum CA125 and Smac levels in the patients with endometria-associated ovarian cancer were (432.07±156.39)ku·L^-1 and (83.98±22.17)ng·L^-1 , and were (52.53±19.61)ku·L^-1 and (314.71±112.56)ng·L^-1 ( P <0.05). Conclusion Serum high CA125 and low Smac levels are closely related with malignant transformation of endometriosis, and their measurement may be helpful to assess the risk of malignant transformation of endometriosis.
