艾迪注射液联合GP化疗方案治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Aidi Injection Combined with GP Regimen Chemotherapy in the Treatment of Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

目的 探讨艾迪注射液联合GP化疗方案(吉西他滨+顺铂)治疗非小细胞肺癌的疗效及安全性。方法 选取82例非小细胞肺癌患者,随机均分为2组,每组41例。对照组采用GP化疗方案治疗,试验组采用艾迪注射液联合GP化疗方案治疗。比较2组患者近期疗效及化疗期间不良反应的发生情况。结果 试验组治疗总有效率为73.17%,较对照组的41.46%显著升高(P<0.05)。试验组生活质量提高率为80.49%,较对照组的51.22%显著升高(P<0.05)。2组不良反应多为恶心呕吐、骨髓抑制,并且试验组恶心呕吐、骨髓抑制及肝功能异常发生率较对照组均显著下降(P均<0.05)。结论 在GP化疗方案的基础上应用艾迪注射液治疗可有效提高非小细胞肺癌患者的近期疗效,减轻不良反应,亦能够改善患者的生活质量,值得临床应用和推广。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of aidi injection combined with GP chemotherapy (gemcitabine + cisplatin) in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer. Methods 82 patients with non-small cell lung cancer were randomly divided into two groups. Forty-one patients in the control group received GP regimen chemotherapy, and 41 patients in the experimental group were treated with GP regimen chemotherapy and aidi injection. The short-term efficacy and adverse reactions during chemotherapy were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 73.17%, which was significantly increased in comparison of the control group (41.46%, P <0.05). The improvement rate of quality of life in the experimental group was 80.49%, which was significantly increased in comparison of the control group (51.22%, P < 0.05 ). The adverse reactions of two groups were mainly nausea and vomiting and myelosuppression.The incidence rates of nausea and vomiting, myelosuppression and abnormal liver function in the experimental group were significantly decreased in comparison of those in the control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion On the basis of GP regimen chemotherapy, aidi injection can effectively improve the short-term efficacy of patients with non-small cell lung cancer, reduce the adverse reactions, and improve the quality of life, so it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
