二甲双胍在自身免疫性疾病中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 在全球范围内,自身免疫性疾病的患病率和发病率正在逐年升高,目前自身免疫性疾病的发病机制尚未完全阐明,其诊治效果虽尚可,但仍急需新的治疗药物和治疗方案以确保患者的预后良好。近年来,二甲双胍不仅可以有效治疗糖尿病,而且该药还能够辅助治疗癌症或者其他疾病,目前多认为二甲双胍主要是通过影响人体代谢而发挥其作用。此外,二甲双胍可能在自身免疫性风湿性疾病中发挥重要作用,是潜在的治疗该类疾病的药物之一。未来,需进一步深入研究并证实二甲双胍治疗自身免疫性风湿性疾病的机制,为临床使用提供充分的依据。 The prevalence and morbidity of autoimmune diseases are increasing worldwide year by year.The pathogenesis of autoimmune diseases has not yet been fully elucidated.Although the diagnosis and treatment of autoimmune diseases is acceptable,new therapeutic drugs and treatment options are still urgently needed to ensure a good prognosis.Recently,researchers have found that metformin not only is effective in treating diabetes,but also can assist in the treatment of cancer or other diseases.Researchers suggest that this function of metformin is mainly due to its important effect on human metabolism.In addition,it has been reported that metformin may play an important role in autoimmune rheumatic diseases,and it is one of the potential drugs for the treatment of such diseases.In the future,it is necessary to further study and confirm the mechanisms of metformin in the treatment of autoimmune rheumatic diseases in order to provide sufficient evidence for the clinical use.
