摘要
采用异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚丙二醇2000 (PPG2000)、丙烯酸羟丙酯(HPA)和聚乙二醇(PEG600)制备了聚氨酯丙烯酸酯树脂,并与碳酸丙烯脂(PC)、高氯酸锂(LiClO_4)、2,4,6-(三甲基苯甲酰基)二苯基氧化膦(TPO)混合通过紫外辐照交联制备了凝胶电解质。通过电化学工作站,紫外光谱等方法对电解质性能及其应用的电致变色器件性能进行了表征。结果表明,制备的凝胶电解质薄膜在25℃下,电导率可达1. 61×10^(-3)S/cm,在可见光谱范围内平均透过率在92%以上。
Isophorone diisocyanate( IPDI), poly( propylene glycol) 2000(PPG2000),hydroxypropyl acrylate( HPA), and poly( ethylene glycol) 600( PEG600) were used to prepare polymerizing polyurethane acrylate resin, then mixed with propylene carbonate( PC), lithium perchlorate( LiClO4),2,4,6-( trimethylbenzoyldiphenyl) phosphine oxide( TPO) to prepare gel electrolyte by UV-curing. The performance of the electrolyte and applied electrochromic devices( ECD)were studied by UV-vis spectra and electrochemical workstation. The results show that the ionic conductivity of electrolyte films could reach 1. 61 × 10-3 S/cm at 25 ℃,and average transmittance could achieve 92% in the range of vis-spectra.
