汽车内饰用低挥发改性聚丙烯材料的研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用双真空脱挥和烘料工艺处理汽车内饰用改性聚丙烯材料,通过袋式法结合气相色谱-质谱联用(GCMS)检测了改性车用聚丙烯材料总挥发性有机物(TVOC)前5种物质及其处理前后改性聚丙烯材料的TVOC释放量。结果表明,该材料TVOC前5种物质是烷烯烃类物质,很可能来源于聚丙烯树脂。当采用双真空脱挥(真空度为-0. 06 MPa),同时进行烘料工艺(烘料温度130℃、烘料时间4 h),改性车用聚丙烯材料TVOC含量下降了约为80%,并在零部件上进行验证,满足标准限定值。 Modified polypropylene material for automobile interior part was treated by double vacuum devolatilization and drying process. Top 5 components for total volatile organic compound( TVOC) of modified polypropylene material and their TVOC value before and after treatment were measured by the bag method combined with GC-MS. The results show that top 5 components are alkenes and possibly from polypropylene resin. When using double vacuum devolatilization( vacuum degree is-0. 06 MPa) and drying process( drying temperature is 130 ℃ and drying time is 4 h),TVOC modified polypropylene material could be decreased about 80%,and is verified on the interior parts to meet the standard requirement.
