摘要
通过对GC-MS测定浓香型白酒中氨基甲酸乙酯的条件进行优化,确定了更加高效准确的浓香型白酒氨基甲酸乙酯检测方法,该方法的平均回收率为98.96%~105.8%,相对标准偏差为3.82%~4.98%。
This paper determined a more efficient and accurate method for the determination of ethyl carbamate in Luzhou-flavor liquor by optimizing the conditions of GC-MS determination of ethyl carbamate in Luzhou-flavor liquor. The average recovery of this method was 98.96%~105.8%, and the relative standard deviation was 3.82%~4.98%.
