Using purple sweet potato as raw material, the purple sweet potato nutritional wine can be made by enzymatic hydrolysis, fermentation, alcohol immersion, blending and sterilization. The purple sweet potato nutritional wine has bright purple color, harmonious body, tasty mouthful, and unique flavor and nutritional health function of purple sweet potato.
