摘要 在智能时代,教育信息化作为变革教育系统的内生力量,如何推进我国数字教育资源的建设和发展成为了教育信息化2.0行动计划关注的重点问题。智能技术为数字教育资源建设和发展提供了可能。我国数字教育资源建设与发展中对优质数字教育资源的研究、使用以及顶层设计与有效供给等方面存在诸多问题。为了促进我国数字教育资源的有效、均衡、更新式发展,在宏观层面需要借用数据指导实践的思路,利用智能技术践行数字教育资源的智能治理;在中观层面需要遵循技术引导创新的理念,利用智能技术加强对师生数字教育资源使用过程的监测;在微观层面需要遵循科研引领的宗旨,利用智能技术着力开展优质数字教育资源的内涵建设。 As one of the important factors affecting the quality and effect of education teaching, digital education resource plays the important role of the construction of education informatization. In the context of the intelligent age, how to promote the construction and development of China’ s digital education resources, which act as the endogenous force to change education system, has become a key issue in the 2 0 action plan of education informatization in China. To address the problem, this paper discusses the possibility that in-telligent technology provides for the construction and development of digital education resources. Then on the basis of analyzing the ex-isting problems in the construction and development of digital education resources in China, this paper provides some insights for the construction and development of digital education resources in the era of intelligence. In order to promote the effective, balanced and more modern development of digital education resources in China, at the micro level, it is necessary to focus on the connotation con-struction of high - quality digital education resources by using intelligent technology following the purpose of the purpose of scientific re-search leading the development. At the mecro level, it is necessary to strengthen the monitoring of the teacher and students’ use process of digital education resources by intelligent technology based on the idea of technology leading innovation. At the macro level, it is necessary to use intelligent technology to practice intelligent governance of digital education resources with the idea of using data driven practice.
