公正话语的现代发生始于公正理论的解释困境成为社会普遍问题而进入政治哲学领域,公正话语从“理论-话语”同一思维下的相似性议题转变为“理论-话语”差别性视角下的实践性建构问题.相对于公正理论的创制性,公正话语以被发现性为主要特征,主要体现在实践性建构的内涵层面、总体现象层面与具体的实践理解策略等三个方面的基本规定性之中.为了真正实现“被发现的公正话语”的基本规定性,需要植根于眼前的公正世界确定与选择具体规则与实践策略.在理解“被发现的公正话语”的过程中,公正话语的分析对象必须是“摆在眼前”的公正世界,公正话语的分析原点是“政治正确性”的公正理解,而公正话语的分析方向则是“对社会情境的细致分析”,三者共同构成了公正话语的具体规则.

The emergence of discourse on justice in modern times starts from the difficulty in explai-ning the theory of Justice and becomes a universal social problem, so it enters the field of political philos-ophy. It changes from the analogous issue of theory-discourse in identical thinking to the practicality of theory-iscourse from the perspective of distinction. Relative to the innovative Justice Theory, discourse on justice is characterized by being discovered. This is mainly embodied in three basic stipulations : on the practicality of the connotation, the overall phenomenon and the specific practical strategy. In order to tru-ly realize the basic stipulation of the discovered discourse on Justice,it is necessary to determine and se-lect specific rules and practical strategies based on the present world of justice. In the actual process of understanding the discovered discourse on justice, the analysis object of discourse on Justice must be the world at present. The origin of discourse on justice is the fair understanding of political correctness. Dis-course on justice analysis tends to analyze the social situation in detail. The three constitute the concrete rules of discourse on Justice.
