摘要
目的:优选清热除湿止痛液的提取工艺。方法:以龙胆苦苷含量为指标,采用L_9(3~4)正交试验来考察加水倍量、提取次数和提取时间对龙胆苦苷的影响。结果:最佳提取工艺为加水量8倍,提取3次,每次提取50 min。结论:优选出的提取工艺稳定、可行、重复性好,可作为清热除湿止痛液的提取工艺。
Objective To optimize the extraction process of Qingre Chushi Zhitong Ye. Methods Taking the content of gentiopicroside as the index,the L9(34) orthogonal test was used to investigate the effect of water addition, extraction times and extraction time on Gentiopicroside. Results The best extraction process is 8 times of water addition, 3 times of extraction, 50 minutes each time. Conclusion The preferred extraction process is stable,feasible,and reproducible,and can be used as an extraction process for Qingre Chushi Zhitong Ye.
