药线点灸联合泛昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹30例临床观察

Clinical Observation of Herbalstring Moxibustion Combined with Famciclovir Treating Herpes Zoster

目的:观察药线点灸联合泛昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法:选取60例带状疱疹患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,各30例;对照组予泛昔洛韦片口服治疗,治疗组予外用药线点灸联合泛昔洛韦片口服治疗,均治疗7 d,并在治疗后1周、2月进行随访;观察止疱、止痛以及结痂时间,总有效率及后遗神经痛的发生率。结果:治疗组的止疱、止痛以及结痂时间均明显短于对照组,后遗神经痛的发生率低于对照组,治疗组的总有效率优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:药线点灸联合泛昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹疗效较好,并能明显减少后遗神经痛的发生率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of herbalstring moxibustion combined with famciclovir in the treatment of herpes zoster. Methods Sixty patients with herpes zoster were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with famciclovir tablets orally. The treatment group was treated with herbalstring moxibustion combined with famciclovir for 7 days. Follow-up measurements were taken after the treatment.Results The analgesic time, blistering time and scarring time of the treatment group were significantly shorter than that of the control group. The incidence of postoperative neuralgia in the treatment group was lower than that of the control group. The treatment group worked better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Herbalstring moxibustion combined with famciclovir is effective in the treatment of herpes zoster, the combination can significantly reduce the incidence of postherpetic neuralgia, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
