桑菊饮加减治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘90例临床观察

Clinical Observation of Modified Sangju Decoction in the Treatment of Ninety Cases with Cough Variant Asthma

目的:观察桑菊饮加减治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)的临床疗效。方法:将180例CVA患者随机分成两组,观察组90例予桑菊饮加减方治疗,对照组90例予泼尼松片、孟鲁司特钠片治疗,两组疗程均为10 d。结果:在临床疗效比较中,观察组总有效率为93.33%,对照组总有效率为91.11%,经过治疗两组临床症状均显著改善,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而在治愈时间方面,观察组明显短于对照组,且观察组肺功能改善要优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:桑菊饮治疗风热犯肺型咳嗽变异性哮喘有较好的疗效,可缓解患者的临床症状及改善肺功能。

Objective To observie the clinical efficacy of the Modified Sangju decoction in treatment of cough variant asthma(CVA). Methods The 180 lases CVA patients were randomly divided into two groups, Ninety cases entered treatment group of Modified Sangju decoction, Ninety patients in the control group were treated with prednisone tablets and montelukast sodium tablets, two groups were treated for 10 days. Results The total effective rate was 93.33% in the observation group and 91.11% in the control group. After treatment, the clinical symptoms of the two groups were significantly improved, but there was no significant difference(P> 0.05). The cure time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, and the improvement of lung function in the observation group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion Sangju Decoction has a good effect in treating wind-heat invading pulmonary cough variant asthma, mainly in relieving clinical symptoms and improving lung function.
