摘要
基于DEA-Malmquist指数方法,利用2011—2017年华北地区面板数据对中国华北地区5个省(自治区、直辖市)农业循环经济全要素生产率进行测算,对效率变化和技术变化进行系统分析。结果表明,华北地区农业循环经济的全要素生产率呈现一定幅度的正向增长情况,这是以技术进步为主、综合效率为辅共同作用的结果。除内蒙古自治区以外,各地区农业循环经济的全要素生产率均呈现不同程度的增长状况。此外,各个省份增长的驱动因素也各不相同,且地区之间存在一定的差异。
Based on the DEA-Malmquist index method, using the panel data in north China from 2011 to 2017 in five provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities) in north China, total factor productivity of the agricultural circular economy was calculated, and the efficiency changes and technological changes were systematically analyzed. The results showed that the total factor productivity of agricultural circular economy in north China showed a certain positive growth, which is the result of the combination of technological progress and comprehensive efficiency, and comprehensive efficiency was complementary. Except for Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, the total factor productivity of agricultural circular economy showed different degrees of growth in various regions. In addition, the drivers of growth in different provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities) were also different, and there were some differences among different regions.
