中国苹果产业发展现状与前景——以陕西省白水县为例

Status Quo of China's Apple Industry Development and Its Prospect——A Case Study of Baishui County of Shaanxi Province

中国具有悠久的苹果栽培历史,是世界上苹果种植面积最大、总产量最高的国家。2015年,中国苹果种植面积和产量分别约占世界的46%和55%,且整体质量优于往年。陕西省是中国著名的苹果生产大省,土壤和气候条件都适宜苹果种植,以苹果为主的果业是其六大支柱产业之一。通过对陕西省白水县苹果产业发展状况及主要发展模式进行总结分析,提出促进未来苹果产业高效发展的努力方向,即应从拓宽农业融资渠道、提高农业经营主体质量、延伸产业价值链、加强品牌文化宣传等方面进行突破。

China has a long history of apple cultivation. It is the country with the largest apple planting area and the highest total output in the world. In 2015, China's apple planting area and output accounted for about 46% and 55% of the world respectively, and the total quality of apple was better than previous years. Shaanxi province is one of famous apple production provinces of China, its soil and climate conditions are suitable for apple cultivation. The apple-based fruit industry is one of the six pillar industries in Shaanxi. Taking Baishui county of Shaanxi province as an example, this paper analyzed the development situation and main development mode of the apple industry, and put forward the efforts to promote the efficient development of the apple industry, that is, making breakthrough in expanding channels from agricultural finance, improving quality of new business entities, extending apple industrial value chain, strengthening brand culture publicity and so on.
