北京特色休闲农业观光园发展现状及前景——以美食特色观光园野谷生态园为例

Status Quo and Prospect of Beijing's Characteristic Leisure Agricultural Sightseeing Park Development——A Case Study of the Wild Valley Ecological Park with Food Characteristic

乡村振兴的最终目标,就是要不断提高村民在产业发展中的参与度和受益面,彻底解决农村产业和农民就业问题,确保当地群众长期稳定增收、安居乐业。休闲农业观光园的发展对实现乡村振兴战略有着重大意义。在概述北京市观光园发展现状的基础上,选取北京市顺义区野谷生态园作为案例,通过对野谷生态园的实地调研,分析其经营发展模式和成功经验,根据调研分析结果,从加强人才培养、增加对特色美食的宣传、增强与游客的互动、提高美食与当地融合度等方面提出了促进北京市特色休闲农业观光园发展的建议。最后,展望了北京市特色休闲农业观光园的发展前景。

The ultimate goal of rural revitalization is to continuously improve the participation and benefit of villagers in industrial development, thoroughly solve the problem of rural industry and peasant employment, and ensure that the local people will continue to increase income and live and work in peace and long-term. The development of leisure agricultural sightseeing park is of great significance to realize rural revitalization strategy. Based on summarizing status quo of Beijing's sightseeing park development, the authors took Wild Valley Ecological Park in Shunyi District of Beijing as an example, through the field investigation and research, analyzed the business development model and successful experience of Wild Valley Ecological Park, and according to the analysis results put forward some suggestions on promoting the development of Beijing's characteristic leisure agricultural sightseeing park, such as strengthening the personnel training, increasing featured cuisine publicizing, enhancing interaction with tourists, improving food and local integration and so on. Finally, the future prospects of Beijing's characteristic leisure agricultural sightseeing park were forecasted.
