返乡与系乡:农村大学生融入乡村发展的可持续策略分析

Rural Returning and Engaging: A Strategic Analysis on the Sustainable Involvement in Rural Revitalization for Rural College Students

基于对广东省农村大学生的调研发现,农村大学生对农村有感情归属和感性认知,不过普遍对农村发展过程和当前面临的复杂环境了解不深、认识不全、把握不准。目前,农村大学生参与乡村建设途径单一、效果薄弱,而社会舆论与环境对其支持性与友好度不足;同时,对农村发展空间、发展前景与方向的理性认知与价值判断方面存在个体与整体层面的反差。未来,需要从完善农村人才制度基础、改进农村教育制度供给模式、培育全链条价值观、跨部门合作和发挥突破点效应等方面创建有利于农村大学生发展的制度框架、成长资源与发展平台,从而引导农村大学生成为乡村振兴战略可持续推进的一股核心力量。

Based on the provincial survey, rural college students have emotional attachment and perceptual knowledge to the countryside, however, they do not understand the rural development process and the current complex environment, and they are not well-understood and inaccurate about the issues. At present, it is a single way for rural college students to participate in rural construction with weak effect, while social public opinion and environment are insufficient in their support and friendship. Meanwhile, there is a contrast in individual and overall level for rural college students' rational cognition and value judgment on rural development space, development prospect and direction. In the future, we need to constructive institutional framework, growth resource and developmental platform that will benefit rural college students' development from the aspects of improving the rural talent system foundation, enhancing the supply mode of education system, cultivating the values of whole chain, inter-departmental cooperation and exerting breakthrough effects, thereby guiding rural college students to become a core force for the sustainable promotion of rural revitalization strategy.
