三代核电厂设备闸门的关键制造工艺分析 被引量:1

摘要 设备闸门是核电厂中用于转运大型设备的重要核级设备,某三代核电厂设备闸门首次由国内制造厂承制且结构复杂,制造难度大。介绍了该设备闸门的基本功能、安全分级、主体结构组成及材料要求,对设备制造过程中的关键工艺如钢板的成形控制及成形工艺评定、主体部件的焊接工艺及防变形控制方法、关键部位如密封面、燕尾槽及插板外坡口的加工尺寸控制、泄漏率试验的准备及实施等进行分析探讨,详细论述了各环节中制造要点、难点及采取相应的工艺措施,从而有效保证设备闸门的制造质量,为三代核电厂提供了质量合格的设备。文中对后续设备的制造从焊接工艺、尺寸测量仪器、现场安装等方面提出改进建议。 The equipment hatch was a very important nuclear-class equipment for transferring large-scale equipment in nuclear power plant. The first self-made equipment hatch in a third-generation nuclear power plant was characterized by complicated structure and manufacturing difficulties. The basic function and structural characteristics of the equipment hatch and the key manufacturing process such as plate forming, welding and anti-deformation control, key dimensions machining control and air-sealing tests were introduced. The key points and difficulties as well as corresponding process measures in manufacturing were discussed in detail. Therefore, the manufacturing quality was effectively assured and the qualified equipment was supplied to the nuclear power plant. Then the improvement suggestions for the welding procedure, dimension measurement instrument and installation on site were put forward for the manufacturing of follow-up equipment.
