摘要 APARUNBACK试验是验证两台APA (电动主给水泵系统)泵运行过程中一台故障跳闸,而未能联启备用泵的工况下机组以200%FP/min的速率快速降低至50%Pn负荷,APA单泵运行能使机组最终稳定,不因蒸汽发生器液位异常导致跳堆。此文从蒸汽发生器液位的影响因素分析,提出了切实有效的改善措施,并通过试验进行了验证。 APA RUNBACK test is to verify the following functions: two units in operation in which a fault tripping APA(motor-driven feedwater pump system) pump and standby pump failed to start the unit at the rate of 200% FP/min decreased rapidly to 50% Pn load, the APA single pump unit can make the ultimate stability,not because of steam generator level caused by the abnormal reactor trip. In this paper, the influence factors of the liquid level of the steam generator are analyzed, and the effective improvement measures are put forward and verified by experiments.
