摘要
随着我国核电事业的快速发展以及走出国门的需求,对核电项目进度管理提出更高要求。本文选取辅助系统(EM4)安装作为研究对象,围绕进度管理展开研究,通过根本原因分析法对影响EM4安装进度的根本原因进行梳理,通过层次分析法对各层级影响因素进行打分并权重排序,通过各层级因子的权重大小体现其对安装进度的影响程度。本着"用有限的资源有效地进行进度管控"的思路,为EM4安装进度管控的监控重点、进度考核指标设立和纠偏思路提供理论依据和参考。
With the rapid growth of nuclear power industry in China, and demand to be an exporter of nuclear power, a higher requirement for project management is raised. This article studies on the scheduling management of EM4 installation. Through analyzing the root causes affecting the progress of EM4 installation, an optimized order is established for these factors in each level via AHP. The order shows the degree that the factors affect on scheduling. Based on the thought of managing the schedule effectively with limited resources, it offers a theoretical reference on monitoring points, performance indicators and deviation rectification on schedule management of EM4 installation.
