摘要
在分析在建核电厂生产准备总体目标和主要任务的基础上,以在建核电厂生产准备业绩改进模型为研究对象,将在建核电厂生产准备工作划分为管理流程、核心业务流程、支持流程,以生产准备的文件准备、物资准备和人员准备为三大目标,描述了相互之间的关系和内涵,给出了内外部能够提供给在建核电厂业绩改进的技术支持。结果表明:将在建核电厂生产准备业绩改进模型应用于核电电力公司,可为核电电力公司在开展在建核电厂生产准备业绩改进提供参考,以不断改进在建核电厂生产准备的业绩水平。
Based on the analysis of the overall objectives and main tasks of NPP production under construction,taking the performance improvement model for production preparation of NPP as the research object, the NPP production preparation is divided into management flow, core business flow and support rocess preparation of documents,material preparation and personnel preparation serve as three major goals, describ the relationship each other, giv the internal and external technical support that can be provided to improve the performance. The results show that applying the performance improvement model for production preparation of NPP under construction to nuclear power companies can provide references, continuously improve the production preparation performance of nuclear power plants under construction.
