Enforcing the Nuclear Safety Act to Lead the Healthy and Sustainable Development of Nuclear Industry

《中华人民共和国核安全法》(以下简称《核安全法》)已于2018年1月1日正式施行,将有关核安全的重大问题上升为法律,进一步完善了我国核领域的法规体系。为了更好地贯彻执行《核安全法》,文章首先阐述了其重大意义,其次解读了其特色条款,最后从核能行业协会的角度探讨了如何发挥协会平台作用,引领行业健康可持续发展。

The Nuclear Safety Act of the People’s Republic of China(hereinafter referred to as the Nuclear Safety Act) came into force on January 1, 2018. It elevated major issues related to nuclear safety into law, and further improved the regulatory system in the nuclear field in China. In order to better enforce the Nuclear Safety Act and lead the healthy and sustainable development of nuclear industry, its significance and characteristic clauses were interpreted,and how to play platform function is discussed from the perspective of the Nuclear Energy Association.
