摘要
釆用原位矿化技术对羊毛纤维进行Lanasol染料染色,分析了矿化助剂、矿化温度与时间对染色羊毛色牢度及色度值的影响,并优化了工艺参数。试验结果表明:在碱分离助剂XD-11.5%(omf),矿化温度60r,时间30min,矿化偶合剂XBM 1%(omf),矿化偶合剂XYS 3%(omf)的条件下,矿化染色羊毛的色牢度及色度值与传统工艺相当,并达到深度节水的目的。
Lanasol dyeing of wool fibers is carried out by in-situ mineralization technology.The effects of mineralization additives,mineralization temperature and time on the color fastness and chromatic values of dyed wool are analyzed,and the optimum technological parameters are determined.The results show that when alkali separation assistant XD-11.5%(omf),mineralization temperature 60 ℃,mineralization time 30 min,mineralization coupling agent XBM 1%(omf),mineralization coupling agent XYS 3%(omf),the color fastness and chromatic values of mineralized dyed wool are similar to those of traditional process,and the purpose of water saving is achieved.
