改善莱赛尔织物洗后平整度的树脂整理

Resin finish for improving the appearance smoothness of Lyocell fabric after laundering

针对莱赛尔织物洗后平整度问题,采用不同类型的树脂对莱赛尔织物进行整理,探讨树脂整理工艺对莱赛尔织物洗后平整度的影响,测定树脂整理后织物的洗后平整度、强力、色变和甲醛含量。确定改善莱赛尔洗后平整度的最佳工艺:超低甲醛树脂Fixapret F-AP60g/L,130℃焙烘90s,整理织物游离甲醛含量低于75mg/kg;无甲醛树脂Arkofix NZK120g/L,160℃焙烘60s,整理织物游离甲醛含量低于20mg/kg。

Aiming at poor appearance smoothness after laundering of lyocell fabric,different types of res-ins are selected for finishing,and the effects of resin finishing conditions on the appearance smooth-ness after laundering of lyocell fabric are studied.The smoothness of fabric appearance after laundering,strength,color change and free formaldehyde content of the lyocell fabric are tested.The optimal prepa-ration of process has been determined as follows: free formaldehyde content below 75 mg/kg can be achieved with 60 g/L of the ultra-low formaldehyde resin Fixapret F-AP,baking at 130℃ for 90 s;free formaldehyde content below 20 mg/kg can be achieved with 120 g/L of the formaldehyde-free resin Arkofix NZK,baking at 160℃ for 60 s.
