高铁CRTSⅢ型无砟轨道板流水线模具的结构分析 被引量:3

摘要 高铁CRTSⅢ型无砟轨道板流水生产线所用模具具有体积大、结构复杂以及结构生产前后有预应力的特点,所以需要对模具结构模型进行结构分析,并进行有限元数值模拟。数值模拟过程中,网格划分对分析结果、模具设计和生产影响较大。静力分析结果显示,焊接模具结构应力与应变虽然很小,但已接近允许值,这表明轨道板模具结构需要进行调整或优化,从而减少结构内部应力应变大小,防止结构出现大的变形,达到提高产品精度与模具寿命的目的。 The molds used in the CRTSIII type ballastless track water production line of the high-speed rail have the characteristics of large volume, complicated structure and prestress before and after the structure is produced. Therefore,structural analysis of the mold structure model and finite element numerical simulation are needed. In the process of numerical simulation, meshing has a great influence on the analysis results,which has a great impact on mold design and production. The results of static analysis show that the stress and strain of the welding die are small, but they are close to the allowable value.This indicates that the track plate mold structure needs to be adjusted or optimized to reduce the internal stress and strain of the structure and prevent large deformation of the structure. Improve product accuracy and mold life.
