摘要
AGV作为未来智能仓储物流和自动化工厂的核心组成部分,是未来技术升级的重点。针对目前AGV小车普遍缺少自动装卸等问题,将工业机器人和机器视觉技术融入传统AGV小车之中,并采用四轮独立驱动的麦克纳姆轮,设计出一种新型智能机器人AGV小车。该AGV小车具备货物自动识别、装卸以及货物全程自动化搬运等功能。另外,通过搭建好的实物验证模型,验证了本设计的合理性,提高了现代仓储运行效率。
As a core component of the future intelligent warehousing logistics and automation plant, AGV is the focus of future technology upgrades. In view of the current lack of automatic loading and unloading problems in AGV cars, industrial robots and machine vision technology are integrated into traditional AGV cars, and a new type of intelligent robot AGV car is designed by using four-wheel independently driven Mecanum wheels. The AGV car has functions such as automatic identification of goods,loading and unloading, and automatic handling of goods throughout the entire process. In addition, through the establishment of a physical verification model, the rationality of the design is verified and the efficiency of modern warehouse operation is improved.
