摘要
随着科技的不断进步,钛合金凭借其较高的比强度在制造业中得到了广泛的应用,并且需求量日益增大,呈现出供不应求的态势。但传统的钣金制造技术不能满足现代钛合金制造要求,故设计了一种基于机械手及特制末端执行器的取件及上料系统,并应用CATIA软件按真实尺寸进行建模,最后应用DELMIA软件进行运动学仿真,对系统运动过程进行初步碰撞检测。
With the continuous advancement of technology,titanium alloys have been widely used in the manufacturing industry due to their high specific strength, and the demand is increasing, showing a situation of short supply. However, the traditional sheet metal manufacturing technology can not meet the requirements of modern titanium alloy manufacturing. Therefore,a pick-up and loading system based on robot and special end effector is designed, and the CATIA software is used to model according to the real size. Finally, DELMIA software is applied.Kinematics simulation is performed to perform preliminary collision detection on the motion process of the system.
