摘要
通过气液两相流的数值模拟与计算,得出了迷宫式油气分离器速度、压力分布规律、不同油滴颗粒直径分离效率和加权分布效率。另外,根据不同粒径油滴粒子的运动轨迹,总结出了粒子流动特性,为迷宫式油气分离器结构改进提供了技术支持。
Through the numerical simulation and calculation of gas-liquid two-phase flow, the velocity and pressure distribution of the labyrinth oil separator, the separation efficiency of different oil droplet diameters and the weighted distribution efficiency are obtained. In addition, according to the trajectories of oil droplets with different particle sizes, the particle flow characteristics are summarized, which provides technical support for the structural improvement of the labyrinth oil separator.
