立式液压端盖自动启闭压力容器设计

摘要 通过液压系统与液压缸配合使用,完成卡箍自动回转和齿形端盖自动启闭,实现压力容器端盖自动启闭功能。实验用压力容器需频繁开启取放实验产品,采用端盖自动启闭系统,可有效提高实验效率与实验操作安全性,减轻技术人员劳动强度。 Through the use of hydraulic system and hydraulic cylinder, the automatic rotation of the clamp and the automatic opening and closing of the toothed end cover are realized,and the automatic opening and closing function of the pressure vessel end cover is realized. The experimental pressure vessel needs to be frequently opened to access the experimental product, and the end cap automatic opening and closing system can effectively improve the experimental efficiency and the safety of the experimental operation,and reduce the labor intensity of the technician.
