摘要
运用SolidWorksTop-Down建模技术,结合传统设计方式,对高空采摘器进行结构设计,并对机构进行干涉检查、运动仿真分析以及核心杆件有限元分析校核。通过实践证明,该高空采摘器设计方法切实有效,极大地提高了工作效率,具有一定的推广意义,为简单机械产品设计与分析提供了一套完成的分析思路。
Using SolidWorks Top-Down modeling technology, combined with the traditional design method, the high-altitude picker is structurally designed, and the mechanism is checked for interference, motion simulation and core member finite element analysis. The practice proves that the design method of the high-altitude picker is effective and effective, greatly improves the work efficiency, has a certain promotion significance, and provides a set of completed analysis ideas for the design and analysis of simple mechanical products.
