摘要
吸尘管路作为吸尘系统的一部分,在吸尘系统运行过程中,发挥着重要作用。对包括吸尘管路的吸尘系统进行仿真计算,计算各个吸气口和排气口的流量和压降值。将计算结果与理论要求进行对比,对其中一套管路管径进行优化,使流量和压降符合设计要求。希望通过本文研究,能够为吸尘系统设计优化提供一种新的校验和优化方法,最终提高吸尘系统设计效率和可靠性。
As part of the vacuum system, the suction line plays an important role in the operation of the vacuum system.The simulation calculation is performed on the vacuum system including the suction line, and the flow rate and pressure drop value of each intake port and exhaust port are calculated. The calculation results are compared with the theoretical requirements,and one of the pipeline diameters is optimized to meet the design requirements of the flow rate and pressure drop. It is hoped that through this research, a new calibration and optimization method can be provided for the optimization of the vacuum system design,and finally the design efficiency and reliability of the vacuum system are improved.
