摘要
在机械零件设计工作中,经常将安全系数超过实际使用经验规定中的数值作为安全评估标准,这种机械设计方法在很多领域中得到了广泛应用。但是,根据设计参数具有随机性的特点,只从设计角度把不同设计参数当成单一的确定值,容易造成设计方案和实际使用情况不符,从而难以保障零件自身可靠性。鉴于此,对机械制造智能化发展趋势展开探讨,希望能够为相关专业提供可以参考的理论依据。
In the design of mechanical parts, the safety factor is often exceeded as the safety evaluation standard in the actual use experience. This mechanical design method has been widely used in many fields. However, according to the randomness of the design parameters, it is easy to cause the design scheme to be inconsistent with the actual use situation only from the design point of view, and it is difficult to guarantee the reliability of the part itself. In view of this, we will explore the development trend of intelligent manufacturing machinery, and hope to provide relevant theoretical basis for relevant majors.
