摘要 为了满足工业伺服驱动器模块化开发、提高开放性和易于二次开发的要求,简要介绍了软PLC技术,并提出了一种基于软PLC技术的伺服驱动器开发方法。在伺服驱动器内部集成软PLC,采用IEC61131-3标准规范的PLC语言进行伺服驱动器模块开发,将基于61131开发的程序以"库"的形式提供。基于软PLC技术进行伺服驱动器研发,以TwinCAT作为上位机主站搭建测试平台进行测试,系统可以稳定正常运行,验证了基于软PLC技术的伺服驱动器快速开发方法可行性。 In order to meet the requirements of modular development of industrial servo drives, improve openness and easy secondary development, the soft PLC technology is briefly introduced, and a servo drive development method based on soft PLC technology is proposed. A soft PLC is integrated in the servo driver, and the servo driver module is developed using the PLC language of the IEC61131-3 standard specification, and the program developed based on 61131 is provided in the form of "library". Based on the soft PLC technology, the servo drive is developed. The test platform is built by TwinCAT as the master station. The system can be stable and normal operation, and the feasibility of the rapid development method of servo drive based on soft PLC technology is verified.
