摘要
介绍了一种新型电瓶侧出电动叉车的车架结构,通过SOLIDWORKS软件平台对叉车车架进行三维建模,将三维数模导入Hypermesh软件环境中,利用Hypermesh/Optistruct求解器计算分析叉车车架关键结构的强度,为电动叉车设计和制作提供关键依据。
This paper introduces the frame structure of a new type of battery side-out electric forklift. The threedimensionalmodelof theforkliftframeis modeledby SOLIDWORKS software platform. The three-dimensional digital model is imported into the Hypermesh software environment. The Hypermesh/Optistruct solver is used to calculate and analyze the key of the forklift frame. The strength of the structure provides a key basis for the design and production of electric forklifts.
