摘要
卡车车架是整个卡车的脊梁,由于普通卡车属于非承载式结构,所有承荷载均需车架来承担,车架的重要性不言而喻。车架质量提升一直是汽车制造商研究的重点,具体内容包括车架强度提升、铆接质量提升和防腐能力提升等。根据车架生产工艺对质量的影响,对车架制造和配套工艺进行分析说明,为类似的卡车车架设计制造提供参考依据。
The truck frame is the backbone of the entire truck. Since ordinary trucks are non-load-bearing structures, all load-bearing loads are required to bear the frame. The importance of the frame is self-evident. The improvement of frame quality has always been the focus of research by automakers, including the improvement of frame strength, the improvement of riveting quality and the improvement of anti-corrosion capability. According to the impact of the production process of the frame on the quality,the frame manufacturing and supporting processes are analyzed and explained, which provides a reference for the design and manufacture of similar truck frames.
