The crane is the main equipment for highload cargo transportation. It is prone to deformation problems during long-term work. Especially the deformation of the main beam structure will increase the crane operation risk and cannot guarantee the stability and safety of the crane in cargo transportation. Therefore, the deformation and damage of the main girder of the crane are studied, the common causes of deformation are clarified, and the repair measures are implemented at the same time to make due contributions to the safety of the crane.
