汽轮机射水抽气器运行问题分析与节能改造

摘要 汽轮机在夏季受自然温度影响,使得射水箱工作水温远远超过抽气器设计温度,造成抽气器工作效率下降,最终导致冷凝器真空度降低,发电机经济效益低下。在实际生产中,上述问题无法得到有效解决,严重威胁到汽轮机安全运行。经过实验,详细分析造成射水箱水温偏高的原因,并提出多种改造方案,以最优的实际案例有效解决了问题。改进后的射水抽气器综合能耗明显降低,取得了可观的经济收益。 The steam turbine is affected by the natural temperature in the summer, so that the working water temperature of the jet tank far exceeds the design temperature of the extractor,which causes the working efficiency of the extractor to decrease,and finally the condenser vacuum is reduced, and the economic benefit of the generator is low. In actual production, the above problems cannot be effectively solved, which seriously threatens the safe operation of the turbine. After the experiment, the reasons for the high water temperature in the jet tank were analyzed in detail, and various reform schemes were proposed to solve the problem effectively with the best practical cases. The improved water jet aerator has a significant reduction in overall energy consumption and has achieved considerable economic benefits.
