摘要 铁路列车转向架螺旋弹簧是列车的关键部件之一,它主要起承载及减振作用,是保证列车正常运行、避免发生灾难性事故的重要配件。弹簧由于承受交变应力作用,主要失效形式是疲劳破坏。因此分析研究弹簧疲劳寿命影响因素,对预测弹簧疲劳寿命以及提高列车运行安全系数十分重要。根据螺旋弹簧在运行过程中的磨耗特性,对不同初始缺陷弹簧进行寿命仿真,获取弹簧寿命变化规律,最后通过验证仿真试验分析其正确性。 The railway train bogie coil spring is one of the key components of the train. It mainly plays the role of bearing and damping, and is an important accessory to ensure the normal operation of the train and avoid catastrophic accidents. The spring is subjected to alternating stress and the main failure mode is fatigue failure. Therefore, the analysis of the factors affecting the fatigue life of springs is very important for predicting the fatigue life of springs and improving the safety factor of train operation.According to the wear characteristics of the coil spring during operation, the life simulation of different initial defect springs is carried out to obtain the change law of spring life. Finally, the correctness is analyzed by verification simulation test.
